OPTIMIZED FOR CONTINUOUS INSPECTION
Line scan cameras are designed for inspecting continuous or rotating objects, such as webs, extrusions, and cylindrical surfaces. With resolutions from 2K to 8K and high-speed line rates, they deliver sharp, distortion-free images even at high production speeds.
They are ideal for detecting fine surface defects and variations across large or moving materials. In one recent use case, PEKAT VISION’s Anomaly Detector module was combined with a Datalogic line scan camera to identify unpredictable surface defects in real time.
