THE IMPACT SOFTWARE SUITE

At its core is the Vision Program Manager (VPM), where users configure vision devices, design inspection logic, and build basic operator interfaces. For advanced operator interface customization, the Control Panel Manager (CPM) enables the creation of tailored control and monitoring panels. Developers looking to integrate inspection results into external applications can rely on the VisionSDK, while the Emulator allows offline development and testing of vision programs without the need for physical hardware.
VISION PROGRAM MANAGER
Vision Program Manager (VPM) provides hundreds of image processing and analysis functions. Use VPM to enhance images, locate features, measure objects, check for presence and read text and bar codes.
CONTROL PANEL MANAGER
Control Panel Manager (CPM) simplifies development of operator interfaces while providing the ability to make on the fly adjustments to critical machine controls.
Use CPM to create operator interface panels to view and adjust critical machine controls.
SMART CAMERA MONITOR
IMPACT’s Smart Camera Monitor (SCM) is a web-based software HMI.
Connect with any device able to run a web browser such as industrial panels, tablets, or smart phones to get immediate access to inspection results, statistics, parameters, image diagnostics, etc.
SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT KIT
The IMPACT Vision SDK is a set of APIs (Application Program Interfaces) that allows access to and control of Datalogic vision devices using standard Micro-soft® .NET languages.
This SDK provides tools for developing custom machine vision applications, enabling C# programming to interact with vision devices, emulators, or smart cameras.
The Vision SDK includes sample code and executable applications to help quickly develop custom industrial vision solutions.
